Stephen has been investing in real estate since 2017. His primary role as a multifamily sponsor, is to oversee the portfolio’s operations. Given Stephen’s investment and professional experience, he has extensive knowledge and background in operations, investment acquisition processes, and pro-forma building.
Stephen is an entrepreneur, real estate investor, mentor, and community philanthropist who is passionate about finance, passive investment, family life, success, freedom and giving back. Stephen has personally owned and managed over 2,000 properties.
